Each tile measures 30 × 30cm and connects with adjoining tiles to form a cushioned surface that you can arrange to suit your available space. The modular design makes it easy to create a dedicated workout area at home and separate the tiles when you need to rearrange or store them.

Made from soft EVA foam, these mats provide a cushioned layer between you and the floor. Use them to set up an area for yoga, stretching, warm-ups and general floor-based workouts. Choose classic Black for a coordinated look or Multicolour to brighten your exercise space.

Available in 9-mat and 18-mat packs, with a choice of with-border or without-border options. Select a with-border pack for a finished outer edge, or choose a without-border pack to suit your preferred layout.
