Create a comfortable, adaptable workout area with the FK Sports EVA Foam Interlocking Floor Mats. Designed for home gyms, fitness rooms and suitable indoor garage spaces, these puzzle-style tiles add cushioning over hard floors while helping protect the surface beneath from everyday scuffs and scratches.

Each tile measures approximately 60 × 60 × 1cm, giving you the flexibility to create a layout that suits your room and exercise routine. Whether you need a compact stretching area or a larger surface for floor workouts, the modular design lets you arrange the tiles around your available space.

High-Density EVA Foam Cushioning

The dense EVA foam provides a comfortable layer for yoga, Pilates, stretching, sit-ups, push-ups and other controlled floor exercises. Its 1cm thickness helps soften contact with hard flooring during seated and kneeling movements, making everyday workouts more comfortable.

Interlocking Design for Easy Assembly

The puzzle edges connect without adhesives or specialist tools. Simply position the tiles on a suitable clean, dry, level surface and join them together. Use fewer pieces for a smaller area or add compatible tiles to extend your setup as your needs change.

The sections separate just as easily, allowing you to turn a shared room into a workout area and clear it again after use.

Helps Protect Floors and Soften Noise

The foam layer helps protect suitable flooring from everyday marks, scuffs and minor impacts associated with normal exercise activities. It also helps soften movement-related noise, making it a practical addition to a home fitness space.

The mats can provide a cushioned base beneath suitable exercise accessories and equipment, subject to the equipment’s stability and flooring requirements.

Textured Surface for Added Grip

The textured finish helps improve grip during controlled movement and floor-based exercises. Combined with the foam cushioning, it provides a practical surface for stretching, yoga and general home workouts.

Flexible Use Around the Home

Create a dedicated exercise corner, cover part of a fitness room or add a softer surface for supervised children’s floor play. The modular tiles make it easy to adapt the layout to different activities without installing permanent flooring.

Lightweight and Convenient to Store

The individual tiles are easy to lift, transport and reposition. After use, separate and stack them for compact storage—ideal for multipurpose rooms where you want to keep your floor space flexible.
